Radiohead Level Failure Eliminates One Accident in Greater left two others damaged. All three men were likely associates of Radiohead's trip crew

A large area of ironwork flattened at Toronto's Downsview Recreation area Sunday mid-day before Radiohead's organized display there, creating one deceased and three damaged.

According to Greater Cops, the deceased man was in his thirties and forties. Given that the display was not yet start to the viewers, he was likely a participant of Radiohead's trip team.
